What would a Merchant Center reviewer flag on your store?
Google suspends stores for "misrepresentation" without naming the page or the claim, and you only get a few review requests. Paste your store (or one product page): we read the public pages a reviewer reads and list every gap and inconsistency, with the page it's on.
Takes 10–30 seconds. Public pages only, at most 12 requests; nothing is stored.
Suspended already? Get a person to look before your next review request.
This check reads pages; a reviewer also looks at your feed, checkout, payment and shipping settings. We're doing full pre-review audits by hand for a few early users (store, feed sample and checkout, with a fix list) while we decide what to build. Ask for an audit.
Been through a suspension? Tell us what happened (4 questions, written, no call).
What it checks, and what it can't
- Identity and contact: email, phone and a physical or business address on the pages we read; one business name across site name, organisation data and copyright line.
- Policies: return/refund, shipping, privacy and terms pages linked from the home page and with real content; the return window in days, compared across home, product and policy pages.
- Products (up to 3): Product structured data present, its price shown on the page, availability vs the buy button, very large "% off" claims.
- Claims and leftovers: "#1", "FDA approved", "official retailer", countdowns and "only 3 left", trust-badge text, template placeholders.
- Can't see: your Merchant Center account, feed, checkout and payment pages, prices shown only by JavaScript, or Google's actual reason. Passing this check doesn't guarantee reinstatement; Google decides.
- Stores behind bot protection are reported as "couldn't read"; we don't get around it.
